Man! Halle Berry is definitely not a happy camper right now.
A judge has ordered the Oscar winning actress to fork over $16,000 a month in child support to ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry for their 6-year-old daughter (For those of you that’s slow with math… that’s nearly $200,000 a year).
In the settlement, approved by Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon on May 30, Berry will also have to pay for their daughter’s tuition, but the former couple will share health care expenses.
Going to court can bite you in the butt sometimes, because in addition to the above payments, Halle will also have to pay Gabriel $115,000 in retroactive support payments and must cover his $300,000 attorneys fee.
The couple began their custody battle in 2012.
